General Privacy

Your privacy is important to maskihkiy wellness. Your personal information won’t be shared with anyone outside of maskihiy wellness unless you give written permission to do so. Your therapist will discuss with you the type of information to be shared, with whom it can be shared, and why it’s being shared. Your therapist will give you a form to complete and sign before your information can be released.
maskihkiy wellness has put security measures in place for online sessions to protect your privacy, such as ensuring that our system has end-to-end encryption (safety and security). Sessions are not recorded or stored on a server.
It’s important for you to make sure your internet connection is secure (password protected) for the safety of your information. Using public/free internet is not secure and it often does not offer encrypted (safe and secure) connection, and it could result in theft of personal information.
Your client file information will be entered into a secure database. Your file will be stored for 10 years after your last contact with maskihkiy wellness, at which point it will be destroyed.
We do not release or provide copies of files unless we are legally obligated to do so.

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
